October 18, 2012, China Huaxin Post and Telecommunications Economic Development Center (hereinafter referred to as "China Huaxin") signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with the Bank of Beijing(hereafter referred to as“BOB”), BOB provides 10 billion Yuan(RMB) comprehensive credit facilities and high quality integrated financial services to China Huaxin . China Huaxin will further increase the investment and cooperation in the field of communication technology, internet applications, intelligent transportation and medical technology.
The signing ceremony was held at the headquarters of BOB. The president of BOB, Miss Yan Xiaoyan, Vice president of BOB, Mr. Zhang Dongning, Vice president of BOB, Mr. Xu Ningyue, The Chairman and the party secretary of Shanghai Bell ,head director of the China Huaxin Management Committee, Mr. Yuan Xin , Deputy director of China Huaxin Management Committee, Ma Jie. The both sides principle leaders have been present at the signing ceremony.
